Living room - 1

  • Features a high efficeny gas furnace (90%+) wiith central A/C, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Included are a refrigerator & ice maker, self cleaning oven, microwave, automatic coffee pot/filters, blender, toaster, Crock Pot, portable mixer, pots, pans, utensils,  dishes and silverware and, a clothes washer and dryer are also provided

  • The bedroom features a Queen size bed, the living Room has a queen sleeper sofa. Ceiling Fans are provided in living areas, 

  • Your front deck has a private umbrella patio table and chairs, and the Barbecue Grill on the shared rear patio is  also available for your use. 

  • You need to bring your own bath towels, beach towels, beach essentials 

  • Enjoy a good book on the screened in front porch
