  •  You need to bring your own bath towels, beach towels, and beach essentials

Downstairs Great Room

Included are: TV/DVD-VCR and basic cable service, Wi-Fi.

  • Features a High Efficency Gas 90%+ furncae with central A/C, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Included are a self cleaning oven, microwave, automatic coffee pot/filters, blender, toaster, Crock Pot, portable mixer, pots, pans, utensils and dishes and silverware.

  • Washer and dryer, a private deck with  umbrella table and chairs, and, ceiling fans are provided throughout

  • Due to the 10 ft high ceilings there are 17 steps to the upstairs living area where a child gate is provided for the safety of the little ones

  • The downstairs Great Room has a queen sleeper sofa. The upstairs back bedroom features a Queen size bed and the large front bedroom features Queen and a Twin size beds.
